Welcome to Bharometer. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. The app
Bharometer is a personal fuel-tracking app that helps you log fill-ups, track mileage and understand the running cost of your vehicles. It is provided by DigiTally / Positiva Films ("we", "us").
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bharometer on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Fuel prices & information
Fuel prices, mileage figures, cost estimates and other information shown in the app are provided for convenience and general reference only. Prices can change and may not reflect the exact rate at every station. Always verify the actual price at the pump. We are not liable for decisions made based on this information.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Bharometer offers an optional paid upgrade ("Bharometer Pro"). Any purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
6. Your data
Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining your own device and iCloud backups. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
